Humanity First. Humanity First Ahmadiyya Vocational College (HFAVC) was established in 2011. Feasibility of the institute was conducted in 2009 and different options for teaching resources, equipment and locations were studied. Progress was difficult since all human resource and required equipment had to be imported from overseas due to non-availability of such resources and equipment locally. So equipment was then shipped and a team of well-known professionals were arrived from Pakistan.
The main aim of establishing HFAVC is to relieve poverty by providing demand driven skills to the unskilled people of the society, by engaging various stakeholders. Only this is the way of permanent rehabilitation! To achieve this goal, HFAVC has developed curricula for various trades, taking into consideration the account of the local needs of commercial, industrial, agricultural and services sector.
We pray to God that He may enable us to improve this institution in all trades and to pass out many more skillful youth to empower Liberia. Ameen.
